1      High blood pressure –

Also known as hypertension is a very common condition. In this case, the long-term force of the blood on your artery walls is higher than normal. Thus, your blood pressure will be higher than normal. This might cause heart diseases in the person.

Symptoms –
Dizziness and light-headedness.

Treatment –
  • Eat more salt in your diet.
  • Drink more fluids.
  • Avoid alcohol.
  • Exercise regularly for better blood flow in the body.
  • Avoid heavy lifting.
  • Try eating smaller, more frequent meals.
  • Cut back on carbohydrates.
  • Avoid taking drugs to lower blood pressure before meals.
  • Take the medications as told by your doctor.
